The Year 7 Year Level Coordinator Team consists of Rachel Roberts and Lee Williams, both highly experienced and dedicated teachers who consistently go above and beyond for their students. Together, they provide exceptional leadership to the Year 7 teaching team, ensuring a smooth transition into secondary school for all students.
Rachel and Lee play a pivotal role in building a supportive and inclusive school environment. They lead the School-Wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) framework, setting high expectations while nurturing a culture of respect, responsibility, and belonging. Their work ensures consistency across the year level and strengthens student engagement and wellbeing.
By working closely with staff, students, and families, they foster strong connections that empower students to achieve their personal and academic potential.
